- Groups that are windows,
such as Group Boxes, that have children but are not allowed to grow are now properly sized
and positioned.
- The nag screen appears less often now.
- Added a pre-built Sample.exe to the distribution that should have
been there in the first place.
- Enhanced the documentation a little.
